A VPN app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. You bring the configuration — from a network you run, or one your employer runs — and Paart connects to it, keeps your connections in order, and shows you what each one is doing. It is published by Lux-World PC in Luxembourg, and it is not the official WireGuard app. See Paart Client.

No, to both. We sell no VPN access, run no VPN server and offer no exit nodes. Paart is the app on your device; the far end of the tunnel belongs to you or to your organisation. A commercial VPN subscription sells you the network — Paart is only the client.

A configuration, which normally means a network someone runs: your own router or firewall, your employer’s, a machine you rent, or a provider that hands you a file. Paart imports standard wg-quick configurations, so anything that produces one will work.

If it can produce a standard wg-quick configuration, yes — Paart does not need to know what generated it. That includes home routers as much as firewalls: FRITZ!Box has had a built-in WireGuard server since FRITZ!OS 7.50, MikroTik RouterOS since version 7, and OPNsense, pfSense and OpenWrt have supported it for years. If the device can show you a file or a QR code, Paart can read it. We do not test these devices and we are not affiliated with any of them: what we support is the format, not a list of models.

It is the case Paart was designed around: people who look after networks that are not their own — a dozen client sites, sometimes forty. No ceiling on the number of connections, bulk import and export, and Paart Pro carries the whole set across your own devices, so what you built on a Mac is with you on site.

A separate part of Paart, for administrators who already run WireGuard on OPNsense. It turns those instances into a user access system: named people, one device one key, immediate revocation and an audit trail, with keys generated on each device so they never travel. It runs on your own firewall, with no server of ours in the path. It is in Early Access, and no release date has been announced. See Managing WireGuard access for a fleet from OPNsense.

iPhone, iPad and Mac. One purchase covers all three. A Windows version is coming soon. There is no Android or Linux version today — the roadmap is where you ask for one.

Yes. Paart is on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and it is free to download. One purchase of Paart Pro covers all three.

As many as you like — Paart never caps the number you import, free tier included. Two running at the same time is a different question: on current macOS, yes, as long as their routes can coexist, which is how macOS behaves today rather than something Apple guarantees. On iPhone and iPad one runs at a time, and rules that bring a connection up on its own apply to one connection at a time everywhere. See Running several WireGuard tunnels at once on a Mac.

You can import and connect as many WireGuard configurations as you like — on current macOS, several at the same time when their routes can coexist. Two things are bounded. Advanced networking — networks, named hosts, DNS and full-tunnel routing — applies to one connection you choose: your Free connection. Internal names are part of it, so on your other connections they come with Paart Pro. Sync is included while you have a single connection. The kill switch is not a paid feature: it works on every connection, free or Pro.

Yes. You can choose a different connection as your Free connection whenever you like.

Yes, while you have a single connection, through your own iCloud or your own SFTP server. When you add a second connection, sync pauses: everything already synced stays where it is, but nothing new syncs while you have more than one connection. Sync can run again once you’re back to a single connection, or with Paart Pro. It never runs in the background, on the free tier or with Pro: it runs when you press “Synchronise Now”.

Advanced networking on every connection, and sync for all of them, however many you have. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. It is a one-off purchase or a subscription; the home page carries the prices and the renewal terms.

No. There is no Paart account, no sign-up and no login. Sync your own devices and it uses your own iCloud or your own SFTP server — still no account with us, at any point.

Your keys stay in your device’s secure storage, and we operate nothing that could receive them. The tunnel runs from your device to a network that is not ours, so we are not on that path: there is no browsing history to keep, no lookup to log and no connection record to hand over. Not as a policy we could change — as a consequence of where the tunnel ends.

Nothing, until you write to us from the contact form. There is no telemetry, no background reporting, no crash uploader, no advertising identifier and no third-party code that reports back. What travels with a message is listed line by line on the privacy page. This website counts page views on a server we run ourselves, and that count carries nothing you typed.

Everything is sealed on the device with a key derived from a passphrase you choose. That passphrase stays in the keychain and is never sent anywhere. What passes through your own iCloud, or lands on your own SFTP server, is an opaque block that neither Apple nor that server can open, and no server of ours is anywhere on that path. For SFTP, the SSH key is generated on the device or imported into it, kept in its keychain, and never leaves the device.
